Shipping Policies
Skyline Mobile ships Australia-wide using trusted couriers, with delivery usually taking 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $50. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Skyline Mobile currently ships within Australia only. If there are any delays or issues with your order, the team will contact you as soon as possible.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase provided. Sale and excluded items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Returns are accepted in store or by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable method. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
